About Us
Loma empowers adults with disabilities through learning, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and relationship building. We provide services to adults living in Miami, Montgomery, and Clark counties.
Loma members run small businesses that provide document shredding, media services, and disc

State Certified
Loma is certified by the Ohio Dept. of Developmental Disabilities, the Ohio Dept. of Job & Family Services, and Loma is an employment network agency through the US Dept. of Social Security.
Family owned company
Pam and Rick Miller started Loma at their farmhouse in Tipp City in 2007. Having a son with developmental disabilities, they saw the need for an alternative to county run disability services. Loma offers a community based resource to empower adults who want to be active members of the community, learn valuable skills, and live a rewarding life.
